I had a fine stay in a long time. That was quiet hotel set in pretty nice area, close enough to the metro stations. The location was perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Avenida America. The room was spotless and stylish, with a safe box, a mini-bar and central heating. Everything was really good. The staff was excellent and amicable, always with a smile on face.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, even allowing us to check in early after a rough night. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable sofa, made relaxing easy.

The noise from the nearby street made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.

The air conditioning left much to be desired!!! The location feels a touch remote, requiring extra travel time to reach central attractions. Don't even get me started on the chaotic pool area experience!!!

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during the night.

We had a lovely 3-night stay and enjoyed the clean, functional room and the fact that it was dog-friendly! The kids had a blast at the outdoor swimming pool and the garden area was a perfect spot to relax. Just a heads up, breakfast felt a bit pricey, so we skipped it, but overall, we had a great time 🌞

The breakfast had a good variety, and I loved the fresh honeycomb! The modern decor in the hotel and comfy beds.

Metro access isn't super close, and I found it a bummer needing a card for herb-infused water after a long day. Expect to throw down some cash for Uber rides.

The accessibility to public transportation is excellent, with a bus stop right outside that connects easily to central Madrid.

I also found the nearby area to be expensive, with limited dining options. Room service prices were on the higher end too, made eating in less appealing. It's a mixed bag, leaning toward positive due to the room comfort and helpful staff, but some logistics could use improvements.
